About Luigi
I've spent my career in rooms where words decide things.
I started at the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a Bernheim Diplomatic Laureate, after a degree in Multilingual Communication and International Relations at ULB. Diplomacy teaches you something no communication course does : how to hold a room where people genuinely disagree, and how much of an outcome is settled by who says what, and in which order.
From there I moved into corporate communication, on both sides — consultancy and in-house. That's where I watched good messages die inside organisations. Rarely because they were wrong. Usually because nobody had made them sayable.
Then in 2020 I did something that surprised people around me : I started teaching. Languages first, in a Brussels secondary school, then at EPHEC Business School, where I still lecture in foreign languages and communication. Teaching is the most honest test of whether you actually understand something — thirty people tell you immediately, and without diplomacy, when you don't.
That path is the reason Parla & Cambia exists. Not one discipline applied to leaders, but four that turn out to be the same problem seen from different angles.
I work with executives, entrepreneurs and management teams on executive speaking and strategic narrative. Over the years that has included CEOs, senior managers and Members of the European Parliament — rooms where the stakes are real and the margin for hesitation is thin.
As a trained radio host & regular TEDx host in Belgium, I also
moderate conferences and high-level debates across Europe, in five languages.
I also host Positive Changemakers, a podcast where I interview people who are actually having societal impact, and ask them how they did it. It is not a marketing channel. It's the same conviction that runs through my work : the people who change things are usually the ones who found a way to say what mattered.
