Multilingual Moderation
Most panels fail before anyone opens their mouth.
Six speakers, 45 minutes, no shared question, and a moderator reading the bios out loud.
The room knows within five minutes. So do you.
I moderate conferences, debates and high-level events across Europe. And if the format you have in mind won't work, I'll tell you — before the event, not in the debrief. That conversation is part of what you're booking.
What preparation actually means
I read your material. I speak to your speakers beforehand. I arrive with the questions the room is already thinking but hasn't dared ask.
My job isn't to look good on stage. It's to make sure people leave with answers rather than impressions — and with the feeling that something real happened between them.
Five languages, live
French, Dutch, English, Spanish, Italian — switching mid-panel without losing the thread or the room.
In Brussels, that is rarer than it should be, and it changes what a bilingual audience gets out of your event.
Where I've worked
Visa, Uber, EU Parliament, VBO/FEB, Febelfin, Siemens, Federgon, Energia, Baxter, Helios Foundation, Pulse Foundation, TEDx, etc.
Beyond the stage
Podcast, radio and television hosting, in all five languages.

We highly appreciated Luigi's genuine dedication to social change, his dynamism and his professionalism. He demonstrated the latter not only by his flawless moderation of a complex topic in a bilingual setting, but also by his background research on the topic and pro-active outreach to the speakers ahead of the panel.
